This report provides detailed demographic data on Palestinians residing in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The estimates are based on final results from the Palestinian Demographic Survey the PCBS has done in the West Bank and Gaza Strip during April-July 1995. The survey was designed to furnish, among other things, basic information on population structure, fertility, mortality, marriage, education, and housing conditions, at both the national and district levels.
