Data is presented pertaining to Tulkarm and Qalqilia Districts from the demographic survey in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The survey was conducted in 1995 by PCBS. Results are comparable with those of the Remaining West Bank. Again, infant mortality rate was estimated at a surprisingly low 20 per thousand live births.
