This document consists of two papers. The first paper presents the process and results of a focus group study examining obstacles to sexual and reproductive health as perceived by Palestinian men and women. Results point to the need for increased knowledge about the health and legal aspects of sexual and reproductive health. Channels proposed to reach this goal included the popular media, school curricula, counseling and consultation services. The second paper represents an analysis of the legal framework of sexual and reproductive health in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
