The report deals with ill-treatment and torture of Palestinian detainees during interrogation in Israeli detention facilities in the West Bank and Gaza. The findings of the report are predominantly based on interviews with 41 Palestinian detainees in 10 detention facilities. Patterns of abuse of Palestinian detainees are described. A set of recommendations, dealing with issues of policy are presented.
