A chapter is devoted to obstruction of medical treatment during the uprising. This includes the obstruction of health care, denial of services during curfews, attacks on medical personnel in the field, military raids on hospitals, medical treatment in prisons and detention centers and the adoptions of measures which decrease the quality of available health care.
It is concluded that the Palestinians are not even being afforded rights normally granted to soldiers in time of war.
