The Planning and Research Center in this report is trying to prove the possibility of implementing the theme of Health Management Information System in a practical way. The report documents the proceedings and technical progress of the project of developing a Community-Oriented Health Management Information system on a district level, a pilot study undertaken by the PRC in Jerusalem for the district of Hebron in Palestine. The report builds up on the aggregate of previous reports in order to sum up the whole array of technical activities pertaining to the project.
