The aim of this article is to provide a brief description of the Palestinian National Health Plan. It begins with a presentation of the structure and main characteristics of the Palestinian Health System. Next, the process of developing the National Health Plan is described, along with the Ten Commandments that provide the vision for the future. The elements of the Plan and its budgeting and financing are presented.
