57. Khammash, U. A Medical School Is Not A Health Development Priority In Our Country. Undated: 4 pp.
In Arabic only. This paper presents a critique of the viewpoint that suggests establishing a medical school as a basis for health development in Palestine. The author presents his arguments through a description of the holistic developmental approaches as opposed to the bio-medical approach to health problems. Another argument is the high cost a medical school would incur at the expense of other developmental priorities, mainly in primary health care and environmental health.
