UNRWA's four-year plan assisting Palestinian refugees is presented. First, a description of the basic conditions and needs are provided in the fields of education, health and nutrition, social services and support for disadvantaged groups. Socio-economic, housing and environmental needs and conditions are also presented. Following this, goals and strategies are provided for programs in education, health, relief and social services, general assistance and the peace implementation program. The report also presents the reader with program indicators with which to monitor and evaluate progress.
