The report comprises an account of the general socioeconomic conditions of the Palestinian population in the Occupied Territories. The discussion of health conditions and health services in the area includes health policy, planning and budgets, administration of health services and a short analysis of the health situation in the area. A comparison between Israeli health structures and those available in the Occupied Territories is also presented together with a brief description of health manpower in the area.
