The aim of this paper is to develop a regression model identifying factors that predict the monthly number of consultations in Government and UNRWA clinics in the West Bank. Analysis of data from 150 clinics of both types suggested that consultation rates would increase by increasing opening hours and physician hours, providing pregnancy care, and adding another room. UNRWA clinics were shown to have a higher consultation rate than government clinics. Higher consultation rates were also associated with larger population size.
