This current household surveillance and health facility monitoring, the 13^th in the series, is the yearly report. This report presents cumulative data over the year interval 17 May 2002 through 22 May 2003 representing 8,320 households from the Sentinel Surveillance System and 343 health facilities from the Monitoring of Health Service Delivery survey. In addition, where significant disruptions of food, water or health service access occurred in the most recent month of data collection (April 25 and May 8 and 9 through 22 May) is also presented.
