This report introduces, in addition to providing baseline data on health of mothers and children under five years of age, data on various health indicators related to households and health services in the Gaza Strip. The report consists of five chapters; the first chapter presents the survey objectives and the report structure, the second chapter describes the definitions and explanations and the third chapter briefly describes the main findings, the fourth chapter presents the methodology used in the survey, and the last chapter includes as assessment of data quality, including response rate of various variables.
