This report contains the proceedings of the two-day Conference on the Rational Use of Drugs in Palestine, including papers presented and recommendations formulated by the conference participants. The conference took place at a time when all the different sectors in the Palestinian health system were making consolidated efforts to rationalize the use of drugs, and take a large step forward to guarantee quality therapy at an affordable price to all. The issues discussed at the conference aimed at increasing health professionals’ awareness of the need to form a unified national policy at all levels and in all sectors to solve the Palestinian drugs related problems.
