This report documents an external evaluation of the CBR Program in four regions of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The program was assessed in terms of its effectiveness, efficiency, impact on the targeted individuals and the community at large, its linkage with other relevant structures, and potential for sustainability. Recommendations are presented in areas of training of personnel, referrals, research, and linkages with the local committees, and the training school teachers.
