Main issues highlighted are limitations imposed by the Israeli authorities on drilling of artisan wells by Palestinians, rehabilitation of artisan wells and on the volumes of water which Palestinians are allowed to pump. The aims and goals of the Palestinian Hydrology Group are also presented.
