This report, discussed the situation in the occupied Palestinian territory with respect to the fourth and fi fth Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) for reduction of child mortality and improvement of maternal health, respectively. It described the broad context of service provision, proposed changes for improvement of the services provided to women and children in the short term.
